Join the Greater Chicago Phonebank team beginning June 11, 2025 on every Wednesday from 5-7pm CT to help our candidate Michael Feggans, to continue to build progressive power in the Virginia House of Delegates.
Why phonebank? The data proves it: phonebanking is THE BEST volunteering option for remote voter contact! We identify supporters and let them know why their vote matters, speak with undecided voters and recruit local volunteers. Every call we make helps to clean our lists, making for faster and more efficient phonebanks.
Come one, come all! No experience necessary. Each Zoom phonebank includes training (returning callers just jump right in), sharing successes and asking questions throughout, all while contacting voters in crucial state legislative races.
Take the guesswork out of volunteering, sign up for a phonebank, call target voters from home and make a real tangible impact.

What You Need To Make Calls

a comfortable spot with your computer/tablet and phone.
Zoom login information (you'll receive connection details after signing up with SD Greater Chicago to phonebank);
information about the candidates folks might ask (check out our 2025 Candidate);
a pen and paper to tally calls (we ask you to report calls to help us track effort & impact);
and an ActionID account to access VPB (the virtual phone bank system we use to make calls).

Knowing a bit about the candidates and/or having their website and dossier easily accessible will make your life easier as you make calls and voters have questions! We suggest choosing a couple of key issues to learn about and highlight.
